BG-60 is a dreadnought guitar with slope shoulder-styled body. It comes with a non-cutaway design and fully acoustic construction. Body of this Blueridge six-stringer is made of rosewood back and sides with spruce sound board on top. Top panels is decorated with some series standard features, such as white binding, tortoise shell pickguard and single circle rosette. Due to these decorations and the fact that it sports a sunburst color scheme with gloss finish, this model looks strikingly similar to the BG-40, the series` basic model. However, this one costs a bit more and also offers a bit more. Bridge section is equipped with a rosewood bridge with belly contour and it`s matched with a rosewood fingerboard. Neck is made of one piece of mahogany.
