RD-127 is along with 126 one of two basic dreadnought models from the Torch series. Recording King designated this series for the production of high quality dreads and orchestras. RD-127 comes with a fully acoustic body made of rosewood and spruce. Rosewood is found on the sides and in the back, while the spruce sits on top as the sound board. Vintage styling is th theme of this non-cutaway steel-stringer and the decorations include creme binding around the top. tortoise shell pickguard, vintage-styled rosette, glossy finish over natural color scheme and a set of chrome-plated tuning machines on the headstock. Bridge is made of ebony and it sports a bone saddle. Fingerboard is also made of ebony and it comes with 20 frets, dot inlays and 1-11/16" wide bone nut.
