Recording King`s Jubilee series is dedicated to the production of historically accurate acoustic guitars which draw heavily on golden age acoustics. The series is updated with one model for 2012, with RNJ-17 Greenwich Village. This model was introduced at Recording King`s booth at NAMM Show earlier this year. Jubilee RNJ-17 Greenwich Village kicks off with a non-cutaway body made of rosewood back and sides and solid spruce top. The top is bound in several layers of ivoroid binding. Also, the top is adorned with firestripe pickguard and triple circle rosette. This model is available in natural color with gloss finish. The bridge on this model is made of rosewood with belly shape, white plastic string pins and compensated bone saddle. There are no electronics featured on RNJ-17, it is a fully acoustic model. The neck is made of mahogany and equipped with a dovetail joint. Characteristic of this model is a 13th fret joint. The fingerboard is made of rosewood and features 20 frets with bell flower inlays and 1-11/16" wide bone nut. Other features on Jubilee RNJ-17 Greenwich Village include: 25-2/5" scale, Grover tuning machines and X-pattern bracing.
