OM-1 GT is an orchestra model from Martin`s 1 Series. This line is dedicated to the production of dreadnoughts and orchestras in acoustic variants. OM-1 GT comes with a non-cutaway body made of sapele and spruce. High quality sapele is used for back and side panels on this model. Sapele is similar in tone to mahogany, so it blends beautifully with the spruce sound board Martin installs on the top. Bracing within the body is also made of spruce. On the outside, Martin opts for elegant and subtle appearance with black binding, black pickguard and multiple rosette. Bridge section on this model is equipped with a standard belly-contoured bridge made of rosewood. 20-fret fingerboard is also made of rosewood. Rust stratabond neck is made with oval contour and mortise & tenon joint.
