The recipe for AEG series is super simple. It includes a lot of mahogany, a compact body, Fishman/Ibanez electronics and 24.96" scales. Also, natural, solid and sunburst color options are available for AEG models. AEG12II is the second generations of the acclaimed AEG12 model. This time around, it sports an all-mahogany body shaped into an ergonomic single-cut AEG contour. Top is bound in ivory and sports a single-circle abalone rosette around the sound hole. The neck on this affordable AEG is also made of mahogany. It is finished in satin and attached to the body at the 14th fret. 21-fret fingerboard on its top is made of rosewood. Fishman Sonicore pickup and Ibanez AEQ-SP1 preamp form the electronics unit. Rosewood bridge and die-cast tuners wrap the specs list.
