The Oregon series offers eleven acoustic-electric models and is one of Breedlove`s finest ranges. Its lineup is divided into Myrtlewood-Myrtlewood and Sitka-Myrtlewood sections, six models in the former and five in the latter. Both divisions rely heavily on locally-sourced myrtlewood. Oregon Sitka - Myrtlewood concerto E is an acoustic-electric six-stringer, with a non-cutaway body, 25-1/2" scale, LR Baggs electronics (EAS VTC pickup and soundhole controls unit), and Breedlove`s trademark tone. Main construction features include myrtlewood back & sides, a solid Sitka spruce top, bolt-on neck joint, and premium hardware. Breedlove sells this one only in Natural Gloss. Other notable features include a hard maple neck, a 20-fret fingerboard made of African ebony, African ebony bridge, and Breedlove tuning machines.
