Australian Ashton Guitars feature a huge variety of acoustic and electric stringed instruments, as well as other music-related equipment. One of the strongest segments of the catalog is the lower end of the acoustic section, which sports several popular styles of acoustic guitars. D45S is a completely acoustic dreadnought guitar, with steel-string construction, full-sized body and a solid neck (attached at 14th fret). Back and sides of the body are made of mahogany (laminated), while the top is made of spruce. Discreet binding and a single rosette decorate the top. The neck is made of mahogany and it features a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard on top. There are no electronics installed within or on the body of this affordable dread. Die-cast tuners and fixed rosewood bridge complete D45S.
