D59SCEQ is the second most expensive acoustic-electric dreadnought in Ashton`s catalog. It rocks some of the finest features Ashton has to offer, like high-quality electronics, solid top and abalone decorations. Color palette includes three options - Natural Matte, Natural Cedar Matte and Tobacco Sunburst. D59SCEQ starts off with a single-cut dreadnought body, solid neck (attached at 14th fret) and a 20-fret fingerboard. Electronics section combines B-Band and Fishman elements. The body of this versatile dread is made of mahogany back and sides and a spruce/cedar top (depending on the player`s choice). Neck is made of mahogany, while the fingerboard is made of rosewood. Fishman`s ISY301 preamp comes in with volume, phase and three-band EQ. Chromatic tuner`s also included. Die-cast tuners and rosewood bridge complete the specs list.
