GCce-N-FLTD is a model from a brand new Quilted Sapele series made by Taylor Guitars. main trait of this series is quilted sapele wood used on back and side panels of all models. Besides that, all acoustic-electric guitars from the series feature Taylor`s Expression system. This particular model has Expression System made specially for the nylon-stringed guitars. Besides the beautiful quilted sapele back and sides, this single cut grand concert features a solid European spruce sound board. Top panel on this model is equipped with standard ivoroid binding and single circle rosette around the sound hole. There is no pickguard installed. Natural color is the only one available and it comes finished in high gloss. Bridge section has an ebony bridge with bone saddle. There are no string pins, due to the nylon-string construction. On the opposite side of the regular 25-1/2" scale Taylor installs 1-7/8" wide bone nut. Neck is made of tropical mahogany and it sports a 12th fret dovetail joint. Ebony fingerboard on the top has a total of 17 frets equipped with solitaires inlays. Tuning machines are classical and are plated in gold. The MSRP is set at $4,298.
