TSF48C is an NEX shaped model with single cutaway design. It comes with a body made of rosewood back and sides with a spruce sound board. This model is equipped with a dovetail joint as the connection between the body and the neck. Binding featured on this model is done in several layers and the sound hole is equipped with a natural single circle rosette. There are no fingerboards on this gloss-finished top panel, as Takamine opted for a more natural look for this NEX. Bridge on TSF48C comes with belly shape and it`s made of ebony wood. It also features split string saddle. Electronics department is equipped with Takamine`s Cool Tube preamp without controls. Fingerboard is made of ebony and it features 20 frets with dot inlays.
