TF250SMC is a jumbo-shaped model from Takamine`s Nouveau & Santa Fe series in their exclusive section of the catalog named Pro Series. Opposed to this is G series with budget-friendly models. TF250SMC`s body is made of maple back and sides with spruce top. This top panel is bound in abalone binding and finished in high gloss polish. Also, there are tortoise shell pickguard and double circle rosette featured on this model. Bridge section is equipped with a belly shaped bridge made o rosewood. It features split saddle. In the electronics area, Takamine installs Cool Tube preamp. It is Takamine`s top-of-the-line preamp and it does not feature controls. Fingerboard is made of ebony and it comes with 20 frets, dot position inlays and 1.675" wide string nut. Golden hardware wraps the specs.
