P7NC is a model from the newly established Pro 7 series in Takamine catalog. This series currently contains four acoustic-electric guitars. Two of them are dreadnoughts, one is a jumbo and one is NEX. One dreadnought comes with non-cutaway body, while the other is single-cut. Jumbo and NEX are both single-cut models. All guitars from this series cost around $4,000 and have the best wood and hardware Takamine has to offer. Considering the tone and build quality, all of them qualify these outstanding guitars for the top level of the market. P7NC is a single-cut acoustic-electric guitar made of rosewood back and sides with spruce sound board on top. Maple binding, double-circle rosette and the series standard tortoise shell pickguard decorate the top. This beautiful six-stringed acoustic-electric comes with a regular rosewood-made belly bridge. It features a two-piece bone saddle on the top. Electronics department is equipped with a palathetic pickup and CTP-2 Cool Tube preamp. Asymmetrical neck has the standard 14th fret dovetail joint and it`s finished in gloss. Fingerboard on it`s top is made of ebony and it features 20 frets with snowflake inlays.
