Dreadnought line within Takamine`s G series is huge and covers a lot of ground with it`s various models and available options. There is something for practically every dreadnought player. G511SS is one of the many models from the series and it comes with a non cutaway body made of sapele back and sides with a spruce top. The top on this model is finished in satin and bound in multiple layers of binding. Also, it sports an elegant sound hole rosette. The bridge on this dreadnought is made of rosewood and it features a belly shape with a white plastic string saddle. There are no electronics installed on this model as it is fully acoustic. Fingerboard is also made of rosewood and it comes with a standard set of 20 frets with dot inlays.
