Kingman ASCE with Case by Fender
3-Color Sunburst

Ever since its debut in the early 1960s, the Kingman range has been considered as the electric player`s acoustic guitar. With the necks taken from the electric guitars (and adjusted for 14th fret dovetail joints, instead of the bolt-on), mostly the Stratocaster, Kingmans have always enjoyed a high level of popularity and success among the electric guitar players. But, the aim and reach of this stellar series is far greater, as it is one of the finest acoustic/acoustic-electric series ever created by Fender. For 2015, Kingman range is becoming richer for the eye-popping Kingman ASCE model which comes with a case. It comes with a single-cut dreadnought body made of solid mahogany back and sides, and solid spruce sound board on the top. Sound board is fit with a forward-shifted scalloped X bracing "under the hood" and SoCal-inspired 3-Color Sunburst pattern on the outside. On the top, Fender installs the traditional Viking bridge with bone saddle and Fishman pickup beneath it. Maple neck featured on this model is, of course, the well known Stratocaster neck with C profile, dovetail joint at the 14th fret and classic Stratocaster headstock. Fingerboard installed on the top of the neck is the standard one, 20-fret rosewood option with block inlays and creme binding around the edges. Set of vintage-styled Fender tuners on the headstock wraps up the impressive features roster of the new Kingman ASCE.
