L100-O is one of two novelties Cort introduces into the famed Luce series for 2014. It is a standard Luce series model with a non-cutaway OM body and regular neck (14th fret dovetail joint). Body of this model is compact, moderately deep and features vintage styling. Mahogany and spruce are used on it. Mahogany takes the back and sides, while the soundboard is made of spruce. This combination is among the most popular combos ever, for the snappy spruce complements the mahogany`s warmth and depth. Body of this gorgeous little six-stringer is decorated with white binding and a subtle rosette around the sound hole. Color palette is very restricted for this model, it features only the Natural Satin scheme with gold-plated hardware. Mahogany is also used for the neck on this model. It features the above mentioned 14th fret dovetail joint and the series standard contour. Electronics are non-existent on this steel-stringer, there are no under-saddle pickups, nor external preamps. Fingerboard is made of rosewood, as is the bridge. Standard-sized 20 frets are marked with white dot inlays. Die-cast tuners complete the specs list.
