Kiesel`s California series is divided into two main branches - double-cut and single-cut. Both sides are made up of PRS-inspired guitars with carved tops, 25" scales and passive Kiesel electronics. 22 and 24-fret models exist, like in PRS`s long-running Custom/Standard series. CS324 Kiesel California is a single-cut model, with 24 frets and stripped-down aesthetics of the C3 tier. The basic price for this versatile rocker is set at $1,099. The body is, by default made of Honduras mahogany, as is the set-in neck (neck runs 5" into the body). Kiesel offers a selection of plain woods (no flamed, quilt, spalted or burl options) as alternative to mahogany. The fingerboard can be made of ebony (standard), rosewood, maple, birdseye maple). Lithium pickups can also be discarded and replaced with M22, H22 and S22 sets, each with its own unique tone and flavor. Finally, the bridge section comes in four variants: string-through TOM (standard), TOM/stoptail, Wilkinson trem and Floyd Rose locking bridge. All CS324 models have Kiesel tuners.
