JCS Special Edition Soloist SL1 Bombshelle is one of six Soloist models in the current series lineup. It is also, one of two SL1 models, together with the sibling SL1 Fighter model. Both of them are fit with custom made graphics on their tops. Soloist SL1 Bombshelle is a solid and double-cut guitar made after the 1980s Soloist models. It`s body is entirely made of alder and is paired with a maple neck (this is the traditional Jackson Soloist selection of tonewoods). It is available only with the Bombshelle graphic on the top. It`s finished in gloss and fit with chrome-plated hardware. On the top of the body, Jackson installs and original Floyd Rose bridge with two-point locking. In the front, in the H/S/S configuration, one classic Seymour Duncan humbucker and two stacked humbuckers are installed. These three pickups are versatile enough to give the player one of the widest possible choices regarding the style and genre of music. Metal and hard rock are, of course, the preferred ones. Maple neck is super fast and slim and is topped with a 24-fret fingerboard made of ebony. Gotoh tuners on the headstock complete the major specs list.
