Les Paul Custom is one of the oldest LP models ever, having been introduced all the way back in 1954. Since then, a multitude of Custom LP models have been made, with Custom label being withdrawn from the USA catalog in recent years. It`s made a comeback in 2017, but in a bit unexpected way. Les Paul Custom Studio is one of two "Custom" LP models introduced through the brand new S series. It is the most expensive S model, sporting a $899 price tag (which, paradoxically, makes it $100 more expensive than LP Faded 2017 T at $799). LP Custom Studio`s foundations include a carved-top swamp ash body (no maple top), set-in mahogany neck (slim taper profile, scarfed heel) and 22-fret rosewood fingerboard. Hardware and electronics highlights include a two-piece bridge (the only S model with classic LP bridge), DS-A5 humbuckers and mini button tuners.

Does Anyone Have One Of These For Sale?? Or Know Where There Is One For Sale??

NIC Slash on 2019-10-11 09:56:40

I have this guitar since gennuary 2019. Great guitar with some perfectable parts. The tuners are really cheap: replaced with Grover Rotomatic. Event the pots are not so good... made in Korea... on a Gibson USA... sounded so strange! Replace fow few euros with cts 500k pots. I even changed the wiring (the guitar just ha 1 volume and 1 tone control, I needed 2 volume so now the pots are volume 1 and 2 and the tone control is inside the hole). Light, nice sounding, incredible color (mine is in denim blue... awesome!), strong resonance. One of my favourite LP (I've got 7).
