Goldtop Les Pauls have gained a status of independent models and are most frequently made with dark brown-colored backs against the golden tops. This particular model is a tribute to the 1957 LP Goldtop and it comes with dark back and VOS treatment. Body of this six-stringer is made of mahogany back and plain maple top. Top is carved and bound in creme. It`s finished in high gloss. As a standard feature, this one is equipped with 24-3/4" scale which spans between the tune-o-matic bridge on one, and 1-11/16" wide corian nut on the other side. Pickups on this one are Burstbuckers. Mahogany neck is equipped with `50s contour in the back and it`s topped with a regular 22-fret fingerboard made of rosewood.
