Fret King, as one of Britain`s leading manufacturers has chosen a unique path for it`s Black Label Series. It is assigned the task of taking care of budget friendly models. But, not just any kind of budget friendly models, it offers ones with a quality of high-end guitars and no nonsense design. Country Squire Deluxe is a solid bodied single cutaway guitar very reminiscent of early Telecasters. It has a flat-top alder body and maple neck. The top on it`s body only features a black pickguard with no top woods or bindings. Country Squire Deluxe is available in blonde color with gloss. The bridge has a "tray" Tele form and three saddles, two strings per saddle. It is made by Wilkinson. Pickup combo featured on this Squire is configured in S/H pattern. Both the bridge single coil and neck Humbucker are supplied by Wilkinson. Controls consist of master volume, master tone with push-pull switch and a three-position blade. The neck is made of Canadian hard rock maple and equipped with a rosewood fingerboard. The fingerboard features 22 medium jumbo sized frets, dot position inlays, graphite string nut and 10" radius. 25-1/2" scale and Wilkinson tuners complete the specs. The MSRP is set at around $900.
