Back in the 1950s, Telecaster was the main thing on the market. Solid, flat guitar with simple construction and a brand new flavor of tone, it defied all of the traditions and conventions. Today, more than sixty years after, Tele is an inspiration, a legend, an example of how are things shaken, challenged and changed. Back in the day, the classic tray bridge was the only option for Tele players. That is, until Leo Fender decided to treat one of the then hottest and newest Teles with a Bigsby vibrato bridge. Today, Fender pays tribute to this pioneering Tele with a 50s Telecaster w/Bigsby. Ash body, bolted maple neck with C contour, Bigsby vibrato bridge, Vintage Tele singles with standard controls, 21-fret maple fingerboard and vintage Fender/Ping tuners are found on this amazing Tele.
