STEINBERGER SPIRIT GT-PRO STANDARD REVIEW

It feels that Steinberger could do better with Spirit GT-Pro Standard, but still, this is a useful musical instrument. You should really give Spirit GT-Pro Standard a chance if you feel that this is a right instrument for you in this moment in time.

Steinberger could throw in a bit more features into Spirit GT-Pro Standard but this guitar is definitely a useable musical instrument. Wether it's the price cut, or Steinberger felt that simplicity is the virtue, Spirit GT-Pro Standard is built around a limited set of features that one needs to investigate and see if it fits the need. Not a best equipped instrument, but Spirit GT-Pro Standard will please some musicians well.
Tone delivered by Steinberger's Spirit GT-Pro Standard makes it serious sounding instrument that gives Steinberger a lots of reasons to be proud. Somewhat limited when playing certain music styles doesn't mean that Spirit GT-Pro Standard will not make your playing sound rich, as that is what Spirit GT-Pro Standard provides: rich and versatile tone that you'll be happy with.
You could find a better fitted guitar, but Spirit GT-Pro Standard is ready to be played by any musician willing to take time and adjust it to his/her needs. Steinberger built a guitar that has nice finish but it lack something that would make it feel even better. Guitar stays in tune reasonably well, if you don't force it too much, and the Spirit GT-Pro Standard's neck is playable.
If you're happy with Steinberger's Spirit GT-Pro Standard overall performance and characteristics, you can consider it to be a replacement guitar for your gigs. Even if used as only guitar Spirit GT-Pro Standard will perform, but don't overrate it and always try and find a backup. It is a solid guitar that will last long and perform well if you treat it right.
