A bit more features for the price asked is what most musicians would like to see from Steinberger's Spirit GT-Pro Deluxe Left-Handed. Whether it's the quality of craftsmanship, or the price, musicians don't seem to like what Steinberger offered with Spirit GT-Pro Deluxe Left-Handed.

Steinberger could throw in a bit more features into Spirit GT-Pro Deluxe Left-Handed but this guitar is definitely a usable musical instrument. Whether it's the price cut, or Steinberger felt that simplicity is a good way to go, Spirit GT-Pro Deluxe Left-Handed is built with a limited set of features, so one needs see if it fits the need. Not the best equipped instrument, but Spirit GT-Pro Deluxe Left-Handed will do well for some musicians.

Sounding well, Steinberger's Spirit GT-Pro Deluxe Left-Handed delivers what it's built for; a nice sounding guitar that needs to be played a bit before your playing starts sounding right. Not one of the “huge tone out of the box” models, Spirit GT-Pro Deluxe Left-Handed is still very much recognizable for the nice tone it provides when played through the right amplifier, so one could say that Steinberger did a nice job after all.

You could find a better fitted guitar, but Spirit GT-Pro Deluxe Left-Handed is ready to be played by any musician willing to take time and adjust it to his/her needs. Steinberger built a guitar that has nice finish but it lacks something that would make it feel even better. Guitar stays in tune reasonably well, if you don't force it too much, and the Spirit GT-Pro Deluxe Left-Handed's neck is playable.

If you're happy with Steinberger's Spirit GT-Pro Deluxe Left-Handed overall performance and characteristics, you can consider it to be a replacement guitar for your gigs. Even if used as only guitar Spirit GT-Pro Deluxe Left-Handed will perform, but don't overrate it and always try and find a backup. It is a solid guitar that will last long and perform well if you treat it right.
