Schecter Robin Zander Review
Robin Zander Series Electric Guitar by 'Schecter'
This one is a signature model of Cheap Trick`s Robin Zander. He is performing vocal and rhythm guitar duties in the band. This model is a part of signature artist line of axes which also include Dean Donegan, Gary Holt, Synyster Gates and many, many more. Schecter Robin Zander signature model is a hollow-bodied double cutaway model made in the finest tradition. Body is entirely made of maple and paired with a mahogany neck. The top is bound in multiple creme bindings, features two "f" holes and a white pickguard. The only color option available is vintage white. The bridge is a tune-o-matic in conjunction with a Bigsby B-70 Vibrato and a trapezoid tailpiece. Entire bridge section, as well as the rest of the hardware is plated in gold. The pickups on this model are two P-90-like single coil pickups in the bridge and neck positions. They have split volume and tone knobs, and a three-way toggle pickup switch. The neck is made of three pieces of mahogany with a set-in joint. Ebony fingerboard supports 22 medium frets with stars inlays. The scale is 24-3/4" long and tuners are Grovers.
