The newly introduced Dorchester series (a 2018 addition to the electric bass range) brings forth a pair of four-stringed models equipped with vintage styling, modern electronics, and superb playability. Both models are made with a short bass scale (30") which borders on the baritone range. Dorchester 4 String Solid Body Bass Cherry Burst RN comes in with an offset & chambered body (made of Canadian Laurentian basswood base and plain maple top), bolt-on neck construction, Godin electronics (Kingpin P90 Bass pickups), vintage styling, and chrome-plated hardware. Cherry Burst (w/gloss finish, vintage pickguard, black plastics) is the only available color option. Other notable features include a solid maple neck, 21-fret rosewood fingerboard (dot inlays, 12" radius, 1.5" nut w/zero fret), two-piece hardtail bridge, and vintage tuners.
