Razorback, the spiritual successor of the legendary ML, has finally crossed the border and expanded into the bass territories. Razorback Bass, as the series` maiden model is named, made its debut at this year`s NAMM along with the rest of Dean`s updates for 2017. Razorback Bass sports a beveled (and properly enlarged) Razorback body, set-in neck and a 22-fret fingerboard. The black-clad warrior also has black hardware, glossy finish and ML/Razorback-related styling. Solid and beveled mahogany body, C-contoured maple neck and 22-fret rosewood fingerboard make up the base. In combination with DMT soapbar pickups, Razorback Bass delivers an aggressive, bold tone, perfect for metal and heavy rock. Four-saddled hardtail bridge and sealed die-cast tuning machines complete the specs list.
