Yamaha CPX1000 Review
CPX series Series Electric Guitar by 'Yamaha'
CPX1000 is situated within the Yamaha`s popular CPX series of acoustic and acoustic-electric guitars and it is one of the upscale models of the line. It comes with a jumbo-shaped body with single cutaway design. Back and sides on this model are made of nato wood, while the top is made of spruce. Multi-ply abalone binding is combined with high gloss finish and single circle abalone rosette. Pickguard is not included into the specs list for CPX1000. Bridge section features a belly shaped rosewood bridge with slanted saddle. In the electronics area, this jumbo is equipped with System 63 preamp and piezo pickup. Neck is made of nato wood and it is topped with a rosewood fingerboard. 20 frets, triangle inlays and 1.68" wide string nut complete the fingerboard.
