Cort MR-E Review
MR Series Series Electric Guitar by 'Cort'
MR-E is a model from the highly acclaimed MR series made by Cort. This line of acoustic-electric guitars offers a wide range of dreadnought-shaped models with Fishman electronics. MR-E is the only exception from this rule, as it sports Cort`s own electronics setup. Combo includes a piezo pickup and side-mounted preamp. Body of this dreadnought features single cutaway design and it`s made of mahogany back and sides with spruce sound board. Top panel is equipped with black and white binding with single circle rosette. There is no pickguard on this model. Tuning machine heads installed on the headstock are plated in nickel. Bridge is made of rosewood and it features belly-contour. Mahogany-made neck is topped with a standard 20-fret rosewood fingerboard.
