Fender Elvis Kingman Review

Elvis Kingman model is one of 2012 reinforcements for the Artist Design series of acoustic and acoustic-electric guitars from Fender. This model is inspired by Elvis and his Fender acoustic guitar from the movie Clambake. Also, this model honors the mid '60s wildwood finish on Fender acoustic guitars. Fender Elvis Kingman is a non-cutaway dreadnought model with a body made of solid spruce top and laminated wildwood back and sides. It is available only in natural color with glossy finish. Several layers of ivoroid binding, double checkerboard sound hole rosette and cream colored pickguard complete the body specs. viking shaped rosewood bridge with compensated saddle features white bridge pins and bone saddle. Since this is a fully acoustic guitar, there are no pickups, preamps or mics built onto this flat top six-stringer. the neck is made of maple with a c contour and bolt-on joint. The headstock is a Strat headstock with Elvis Presley`s signature on it. The fingerboard is made of rosewood and has ivoroid binding. It features 20 frets with block inlays.
