PS 1800 is the basic model of five Explorer-like signature guitars Washburn makes for Paul Stanley. These guitars feature solid, single-cut bodies with flat tops, 24-3/4" scales dual humbucker pickups combos and 22-fret fingerboards. Also, all-mahogany construction is common among these models. PS 1800 comes with a solid, single-cut mahogany body and set in mahogany neck. 24-3/4" scale is also featured on this model. PS 1800 is only available in black color with high gloss finish. Three-piece bridge unit on top of the body is made up of a tune-o-matic bridge, stoptail bar and a trapezoid tailpiece. In their front, Washburn installs a pair of active humbuckers. Fingerboard on PS 1800 is made of rosewood and it has 22 jumbo-sized frets.
