Expert Retro 54 is a tribute to one of the guitars that started it all, the one and only Stratocaster. Expert brings the feel of the yesteryear with some modern appointments. It comes with a body made of two pieces of alder. There are no top woods or bindings. The bridge is fixed and it features string-through construction. The pickup combo consists of three single coil pickups encircled by a plastic pickguard. Controls section is very simple and it consists of master volume, master tone and a five-position blade switch. Neck on this Expert is made of maple and it is bolted to the body. Also, it comes with a D contour. Maple and rosewood come as fingerboard material options. 22 medium frets, dot inlays and 1.65" teflon nut are featured on both. 25-3/5" scale and Vigier tuners complete the specs.
