Original Escape is one of the first electric guitars introduced into the catalog of the small, but innovative Traveler Guitars. Original Escape is a solid-bodied six-stringer with only a piezo pickup hidden beneath the surface of the body. Body is made of alder.Tuning machines on this interesting model are installed beneath the body, as there is no headstock. Tuners can be accessed through the holes in the body. One does not need to flip the guitar. Neck on this model is made of maple and it is, as is the body, finished in satin. 22-fret fingerboards come in both the rosewood and maple variants.
