Boden Original line is the one that started it all. The original double-cut design inspired by the reindeer antlers, necks with carbon fiber reinforcements and Endurneck contour, and updated Strandberg hardware are all there. Strandberg offers the Original with 6, 7, and 8 strings. Boden Original 6 comes in with a lightweight body (~5lb is the overall weight of the instrument), bolt-on neck (w/compound 25"-25-1/2" scale), and Suhr electronics. Red, Black, and Natural options are available. Core construction features include a swamp ash body base (chambered), flame maple top (4A grade maple), maple/carbon fiber neck (5-piece neck, Endurneck profile), and 24-fret fingerboard (maple and rosewood options exist). Other notable features include a Series 5 fixed bridge and a pair of Suhr pickups.
