The new Squier Contemporary series is there for all the players who`d like to see the Fender/Squier classics infused with fresh blood, modern features, as well as modern tone. Contemporary Telecaster HH Left-Handed is the only lefty model featured in the initial lineup of the Contemporary range. It is available only in Dark Red Metallic, w/gloss finish, chrome hardware, matching headstock, and white/black plastics. The pricing details haven`t been disclosed yet, though it is safe to assume that the new Contemporary six-string will be in the Affinity or Standard class. Major appointments include a solid and single-cut poplar body, a bolt-on maple neck (four-bolt joint, C profile), 22-fret maple fingerboard (1.65" nut, 12" radius, 25.5" scale), string-thru hardtail bridge, passive ceramic humbuckers, and die-cast tuners.
