The mighty Apocalypse series, introduced last year, brought swamp ash/maple combo into the spotlight with its rugged styling, otherworldly tone, and Schecter`s hallmark playability. 2018 catalog will be stronger for one more Apocalypse six-stringer - PT Apocalypse (the first Apocalypse model outside the C-1/C-7 family). Like its siblings, PT Apocalypse offers stripped-down styling, Schecter`s USA series Apocalypse pickups (passive, open-coiled, w/push-pull coil-splitting switch), 25-1/2" scale, and black hardware. Rusty Grey is the official name of the Apocalypse series` standard color scheme (satin finish, satinblack hardware, worn plastics, 12th fret triangle inlay). Other notable features include a thin-C maple neck, 22-fret ebony fingerboard (XJ frets, 25.5" scale, 12"-16" radius), PT string-thru bridge, and locking Schecter tuners.
