Hellraiser Extreme is the latest expansion of the Hellraiser range. It`s been introduced a couple of years ago, in order to offer even heavier and more sinister tone and looks than the standard Hellraiser series. This new line has proven it`s worth and is now a regular member of the catalog. Several new models are being introduced for 2014 and C-7 E is one of them. This extreme seven-stringer is solid, double-cut guitar with a 26-1/2" scale, neck-through-body construction, ultra access cutaway, super comfortable neck with 16" radius and a wide TUSQ nut (1.89") and active electronics. Body of this razor-sharp seven-stringer is made of mahogany back and quilted maple top with black/white binding around. Crimson Red Burst Satin is the only color scheme available for this model. Standard tune-o-matic bridge is alone in the bridge section, with strings running through the body behind it. EMG 81-7 and 707TW are featured in it`s front. Standard set of controls with push/pull switches is installed along with them. Maple and walnut replace mahogany for Hellraiser Extreme necks. On the top, there`s a 24-fret ebony fingerboard (Hellraiser Extreme might be viewed as a compromise between the Blackjack and Hellraiser series). The MSRP is set at $1,569.
