Hellraiser Passive is one of the most recently introduced sub-series of the magnificent Hellraiser range. It deals with C (C-1, C-7, C-8) and Solo models, leaving the Avenger, Tempest and other out for the time being. The main and probably the only big difference between the Passive and regular Schecter series is in the electronics department where regular ones rock EMG pickups, Passive ones boast passive Schecter pickups. Hellraiser C-7 Passive (2016) comes in with a solid mahogany/quilt maple body (carved top, abalone binding), three-piece mahogany neck (set-in joint, ultra access, Thin C profile), 24-fret rosewood fingerboard (abalone Gothic cross inlays, Tusq nut, 16" radius), Schecter USA Brimstone 7 pickups (five-position MegaSwitch blade selector), string-through TOM bridge and Schecter tuners.
