Seven-string guitars have been a part of the cult Hellraiser series for a long, long time. In fact, Hellraiser was one of the first Schecter ranges to get a seven-string guitar. C-7 FR S expands on the basic Floyd Rose-equipped C-7 concept by adding the magnificent Sustainiac pickup in the neck position (EMG`s 81-7 is in the bridge). Two volumes, one tone, two mini-switches to regulate the Sustainer and three-position blade switch form the controls unit. Floyd Rose 1000 bridge and Grover tuners complete the hardware section of this model. Solid and double-cut body of this hell-raising seven-string is equipped with an ultra access cutaway and a carved top. Base of the body is made of mahogany and the top is quilt maple. Three-piece mahogany neck and a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard on its top conclude the list of major features.
