Damien Elite is the top tier of the famous Damien range. Purpose and the main task of the entire Damien range is to provide the affordable alternatives for players who are not able to buy an expensive Hellraiser, or Blackjack. Looking and comparing the specs, Damien is a bit closer to the Hellraiser, than it is to the Blackjack, mainly due to the use of active EMG pickups. For 2014, Damien`s Elite tier is being completely renovated with a bunch of new models. Damien Elite 7 LH is one of many left-handed guitars featured in the new lineup. It comes with a solid and double-cut body and a bolt-on three-piece neck. Body is made of mahogany back and a two-piece flamed maple cap on the top. Standard seven-saddled hardtail bridge is plated in black chrome and features the string-through construction. EMG 81-7 and 85-7 are equipped with a simple and straightforward controls unit and are selected through the series standard three-way toggle pickup switch. Maple neck is fit with the standard C contour in the back and a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard on the top.
