Damien 6 is the basic model of the Damien series in Schecter Guitar Research catalog. It comes with a standard six-stringed C-6 body. It is solid, double-cut and made of basswood. Basswood is the standard body wood for this series. It is replaced by mahogany on Damien Elite models. Damien ranks below the headlining Hellraiser and Blackjack series and is aimed primarily at players considering to buy an Ibanez RG, or some affordable Jackson Soloist and Dinky models. Damien 6 is available in Satin Black with black hardware. Schecter`s standard fixed-bridge option includes a tune-o-matic bridge with string-through construction. Active humbuckers are featured in both the bridge and neck positions. Bolt-on neck is made of maple and it`s topped with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard.
