Gladiator Guitars is one of many sub-brands of Saga and their main focus is on the electric guitars, as opposed to acoustic, classical and western, which dominate the majority of other brands. Gladiator catalog depends heavily on the classic Fender design and construction concepts, mimicking the vintage Tele and Strat models almost to blatantly. S Style G-111 belongs to the modern series, but is a far cry from a modern guitar. Solid and double-cut basswood body is available in a pretty much vintage set of colors and features aged plastics. Synchronized tremolo bridge on the top is fronted by a set of three single-coil pickups with a classic Strat controls unit. Maple neck rocks the bolt-on construction and is topped with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.
