Jetstream 390 is an upgraded Jetstream 290, for it has three P-90 pickups, instead of two. This setup grants magnificent tonal versatility to Jetstream 390, as these pickups provide a wide range of tonal options. They are controlled through master volume, master tone, bass contour and five-position blade switch. The body of this model is solid, equipped with double cutaway and made of korina wood. Top is flat, bound in creme binding and equipped with a plastic pickguard. There are no top wood veneers. In the bridge section Jetstream features a tune-o-matic bridge with a stoptail bar. Maple neck is bolted to the body and equipped with a medium oval contour. Both rosewood and maple fingerboards come with 22 medium jumbo frets, dot position inlays and 1-21/32" wide graphite nuts.
