Tragic models in the PXD series feature Explorer-like design and look similar to the Tomb line of guitars. Tragic models are double-cut, flat on top and have short 24-3/4" scales. Body of the very basic Tomb I is solid, double-cut and made of series standard basswood. Satin Black color scheme is finished in satin and has the unique black/white split paint job. It is followed by a set of black hardware. Strings run through the body behind the lone tune-o-matic bridge. Active VFL humbuckers are featured on this six-stringed metal axe, as well. Series standard controls unit is featured with them. Neck is made of maple and it features the standard back contour. It is topped with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard.
