Standard PRS double-cut shape is based on Gibson`s double-cut Les Paul shape and it`s given deeper cutaway, more accentuated top panel carve and authentic PRS styling. When characteristic tone of PRS pickups is added, these double-cuts gain a completely new personality, different from the original Les Paul double-cut. The Standard 22 double-cut is a benchmark, a standard by which all other double-cuts in PRS catalog are measured. It comes with a solid mahogany body which is paired with a mahogany neck. Bridge section features a simple wrap around bridge with a pair of active PRS humbuckers being featured in the front. Master volume, master tone and a 5-position rotary switch comprise the controls unit. Rosewood fingerboard on top of the neck is equipped with 22 frets and abalone moon inlays.
