P245 Semi-Hollow is, as its name says, a semi-hollow variant of the exclusive P245. It features the same tonewoods combo, same hardware and electronics; the only difference is that this one comes with a chambered body.
P245 Semi-Hollow`s back and sides are made of mahogany while the carved top is made of flamed maple. Top is bound in creme binding and sports a lone "f" hole on the bass side of the wrap around bridge (a standard hardware feature for PRS`s 245 axes). The neck is also made of mahogany (it comes with the classic Pattern profile) and it`s topped with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.
Electronics section is equipped with an LR Baggs piezo bridge pickup, a standard PRS 58/15 Treble humbucker (bridge) and a PRS 58/15 Bass humbucker (neck). The end result is an endless pool of tonal options and styles.
