Silhouette BFR is one of the most interesting models in the entire Music Man catalog. It features the double-neck construction. Regular Silhouette body has been stretched to accommodate two neck joints, two sets of electronics and two bridges. Upper portion of the guitar is a standard Silhouette six-stringer with the regular six-saddle hardtail bridge, DiMarzio humbuckers and 4+2 Schaller tuning machines on the headstock. Upper half does not feature any knobs, or switches. they`re all grouped on the lower half. Hardtail bridge, DiMarzio humbuckes and 6+6 tuning machines on the headstock complete the lower half. Necks are bolted to the body and made of maple. On their tops, there are two standard rosewood fingerboards with 24 frets, each. Both fingerboards have dot inlays with custom 12th fret inlay.
