This particular 220 is, as its name says, a reissue of the 80s V220. Originally a 1984 model, V220 is one of the most iconic 80s designs, with its star-like shape, pointy headstock and super fast neck. Today`s V220 combines some of the most memorable 80s features with the demands and expectations of contemporary players. V220 Kiesel 80s Reissue kicks off with the classic V220 body, made of alder wings and 5-piece hard rock maple neck which runs through the center. The chassis is completed with a 24-fret ebony fingerboard. As it can be seen on the photo above, Kiesel offers a huge range of tonewood, color, finish and hardware options. Kiesel`s K12 Lithium humbuckers, string-through TOM bridge (M bridge) and Kiesel tuners complete the standard hardware and electronics layout.
