SH550 Kiesel Semi Hollow is one of many semi-hollow options Kiesel has to offer. It is a medium-scale (25") six-stringer, with deep body, set neck construction and 22 frets. Primarily this semi-hollow was envisioned as jazz and blues guitar, though thanks to its inbuilt versatility, it delivers magnificently in jazz fusion and rock fields as well. SH550 Kiesel Semi Hollow starts off with mahogany back & sides, plain maple top, set-in mahogany neck and 22-fret ebony fingerboard. Numerous top, back & sides, neck and fingerboard material options exist. Additionally, Kiesel offers many hardware, electronics and inlay options. Standard SH550 features also include two S series pickups (S22B in the bridge and S22J in the neck), tune-o-matic/stoptail bridge (S type bridge) and Kiesel tuners.
