SCB6 Kiesel is one of two currently available SC models in Kiesel`s catalog. It is the six-stringed option, with the other one sporting seven-string construction. Neck-through-body construction, 24-fret fingerboard, beveled body (similar to Aries series) and Kiesel electronics are the hallmarks of SCB line. SCB6 Kiesel has a solid and single-cut body made of alder wings and maple neck (flamed maple top w/natural binding is shown in the picture). Standard neck construction is five pieces of maple and 24-fret ebony fingerboard on top (medium jumbo frets, dot inlays, 1.69" non-locking nut, 14" radius). Lithium K12 pickups are the standard set for SCB6, though Kiesel also offers S22 pickups, as well as additional tone and volume knobs. String-through TOM bridge and Kiesel tuners (both plated in chrome) form the standard SCB6 hardware unit.
