DCM7 is one of several multi-scaled models of the popular DC series. It has seven strings, compound 25-1/2"-27" scale, Kiesel electronics and 24 fanned frets (9th fret is the straight one). The starting price is set at $1,399. DCM7 kicks off with a solid, double-cut alder body (wings), 5-piece maple neck (through-body construction) and an ebony fingerboard (20" radius, 1.88" nut), though Kiesel offers a huge range of tonewoods and tonewood combinations for each of them. Add an almost inexhaustible palette of color and finish options, inlay designs and several hardware finishes and DCM7 becomes a true custom shop axe. Kiesel Lithium pickups are in a league of their own when it comes to balance between sheer ferocity and definition & clarity. Hipshot bridge and Kiesel tuners complete every DCM7.
